User Reviews:

This recipe was terrible. We made two
pots full and followed recipe to the tee
and each time the rice was still raw We had to switch it to the stove to finish it. We had eight people for dinner and no
one liked it. Makes me scared to try new
recipes for company again.

A starchy rice is the result but the flavour of the seasonings and texture of the chicken compliment the end result given an a+. a good wine for this dish is a red barolo 1995.
