Ingredients:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (3/4 lb. each) pork chops
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 apple, diced
1/2 can (16 oz.) Veg-All mixed vegetables
1/2 can (12 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 cup quick-cooking rice

Directions:

Brown pork chops in oil in heavy skillet. Stir in onions and apple. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Drain Veg-all, reserving liquid. Stir in liquid, chicken broth and sugar; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pork chops are cooked, approximately 25 minutes. Remove chops. Bring liquid to boil; stir in vegetables and rice. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serve pork chops on rice.
