Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
3 cups cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
14 turtles candies, chopped
Whole turtles for garnish

Directions:

Combine pecans, sugar and butter; mix well. Press on to the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm.) springform pan. Bake in 325°F. oven for 12 minutes; set aside.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in brown sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chopped turtles. Pour onto pecan crust. Bake in 325°F. oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until center of cake is just set. Turn off oven and let cake stand in oven 30 minutes. Remove to a wire rack, cool to room temperature.
