Ingredients:

4 cups cooked wild rice
1 lb. lean ground beef, uncooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground sage
3/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 70 minutes. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.
