Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
4-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1-1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 3x1-1/2-inch muffin cups. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. In a medium size saucepan, melt the butter. Add milk and lightly beaten eggs. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients and mix throughly just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon the mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.

Ya know how you might like a certain recipe, so you search and search for the best one? Well, I love blueberry muffins, and since blueberries are in season now, I thought I'd give this recipe a try... Looks like I'll need to do some more searching. These were good, but not the best. I really liked the Best Ever Blueberry Muffins, and can't wait to try the Blueberry Streusel Muffins next! Maybe I'll find that perfect blueberry muffin recipe after all! :)
