Ingredients:

1 cup shortening
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup honey
8 oz. sour cream
3 eggs
3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. aniseed
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add the honey, sour cream and eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, aniseed and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix tell. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
