1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped

Pour over crackers and spread until completely covered. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. (Crackers will float) Remove from the oven. Turn oven off. Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts over crackers.
