User Reviews:

This recipe is great, I've made it quite a few times and always get compliments. It's quick & simple w/ great results every time!

This is a fabulous pie. I used all brown sugar on the apples and added 2 T. of flour, 1 1/2 t. of cinnamon and 1/2 t. of nutmeg. I mixed the dry ingredients and then added apples. I used Macintosh which cook up soft and sweet. For topping I used half light brown and half white sugar as well as added 3/4 t. cinnamon. To prevent over-browning on the crust I used the Pampered Chef pie crust ring which works beautifully. The result was magnificent!

My very first apple pie and I was amazed of how easy it was to make and how delicious it is!!! Now I can say I made an apple pie from scratch and it was much easier than it sounds......
