Directions:

Combine ketchup and brown sugar to taste; add cocktail sausages or slices of hot dogs. Heat and serve in a slow cooker or a fondue pot. Spread cream cheese on a large plate. Top with cocktail sauce; sprinkle with drained canned or frozen shrimp. Serve with crackers.
