User Reviews:

We were tried of having the same options for pork chops and when I tried this one Everyone ENJOYED!! Only I do not like the store bought taco mix so I self seasoned as I do taco meat=DELICIOUS. about 1 tsp of onion powder, garlic, almost 1 Tbsp chilli powder, cumino 1/2 tsp. pepper to taste

I have used this recipe and derived others from it;1) Cube an entire pork loin after trimming, adjusting volumes accordingly for a buffet table addition your guests will rave about!

Real good and easy to prepare.
