2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen crinkle-cut French fries

Directions:

In a skillet brown beef onions and pepper; drain. Stir in soups. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 in. baking dish. Arrange French fries on top. Bake uncoovered at 350°F degrees for 50 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
