Ingredients:

1 egg beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk
1 lg. pan of fresh clean snow

Directions:

Beat egg and add the other ingredients. Mix well and quickly pour the mixture over a large container of fresh, clean snow. Stir briefly and serve immediately. Doesn't keep or freeze. You may add other flavorings instead of the vanilla, if you wish.

User Reviews:

No, the egg is ok, we used to have this all the time when I was a kid. If you are concerned, get eggs that come from a local small supplier. The eggs with problems come from the big egg producers who keep the chickens in unhealthy conditions.

this has raw egg-isn't that a no-no???
