Ingredients:

4 lg. potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:

In a large skillet, slowly sauté potatoes in butter until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
