1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 tbsp. red maraschino cherries
2 tbsp. green maraschino cherries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup M&Ms Plain Chocolate Candy
Additional M&Ms, chopped

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix well. Fold in M&Ms. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
