Ingredients:

1 head lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 cup green pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
2 cups salad dressing or mayonnaise
3 cups cheddar cheese-shredded

Directions:

In a 13x9-inch pan, layer lettuce, green pepper, onions and peas; do not toss. Spread salad dressing over all; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
