Ingredients:

1 md. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. The Turkey Store® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 cup salsa
12 (7-inch) soft flour tortillas
1-1/2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 to 1-1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, chopped

Directions:

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crumble turkey in skillet; sprinkle chili powder, cumin and salt. Cook 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Add salsa; simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce thickens. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture into each tortilla; top with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Serve with desired toppings.
