Ingredients:

3 cups apples, grated or chopped
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts

Directions:

Mix together apples and sugar, set aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix together eggs and oil. Mix eggs/oil with apples/sugar. Combine dry and wet mixutes; mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Mix. Transfer mixture to cake tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
