4 chicken breast halves (or any part of the chicken)
4 carrots, cut up in 1-inch pieces
2 celery stalks, cut up in bite-size pieces
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 onion, sliced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water
1-1/2 cups noodles
1 tbsp. butter or maragine
Pepper, to taste
Lawry Seasoning Salt, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste

Directions:
|
Clean the chicken throughly. Boil the chicken in two cups of hot water. Once boiling, add the chicken bouillon cubes. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink, or until it is tender enough to tear with a fork. Add the carrots and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender, then add the green peppers, celery, and onion.
Cook all that for about 5 minutes, then add the noodles and the butter. Continously stir and check the noodles to make sure they are not sticking (if necessary, add more water). Cook until the noodles are tender but firm.
Enjoy!!

To add a little of variation and a little flavor, I eat mine with Durkee Red Hot Sauce and Shredded Cheese.
