Dressing:
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 head Chinese or Napa cabbage, chopped

Directions:

Dressing:
Mix together, shake well and chill.
Mix together Ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
Mix greens, noodle mix, and dressing just before serving. If made ahead, it can get soggy.

A friend\'s mom brought this to our church\'s Memorial Day picnic and it was quite a hit. I\'ve made it since then for another picnic, and people loved it!
