Ingredients:

3/4 cup crispy rice cereal crumbs
2 cups unbleached flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 egg whites, whipped
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a 9x9x2" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine crispy rice cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and baking soda. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, bananas, and oil. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
