1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (3 oz.) bar Hershey, grated
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
3 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oil
2-1/2 cups zucchini, grated

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix together sugars, flour, baking soda and powder, salt, cinnamon, Hershey bar, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix in eggs, vanilla, oil, and zucchini. Mix thoroughly. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes (Don't over bake).
