Total Time:

Ingredients:

3 cups sugar
2 tbsp. margarine
3/4 cup milk
4 tbsp. Hershey's Cocoa or any good cocoa (optional)
1 jar (12 oz.) Jif Peanut Butter
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
Pecans or walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Bring 3 top ingredients (sugar, margarine, milk and optional cocoa) to a full boil on medium-high heat. Turn heat down and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat quickly, and add peanut butter, marshmallow and nuts. If chocolate fudge is desired, add 4 heaping T. of Hershey's Cocoa to the sugar/margarine/milk mixture. Stir, mix well, fast!! I use a glass Pyrex 8x12-inch dish sprayed with Pam.
