Ingredients:

1 cup butter
16 oz. confectioner's sugar
12 oz. crunchy peanut butter
4 oz. paraffin
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine butter, sugar and peanut butter in a medium bowl; blend until smooth. Roll into 1-inch balls. chill. Place paraffin and chocolate chips into top of a double boiler and melt over hot (not boiling) water. Coat balls by dropping one at a time. Place on waxed paper to cool.

I agree with Rosco. I came up with a sticky mess also. Even after chilling the mixture it was still too soft. Seems to have too much butter.


Great recipe! Measurements are perfect.
