Ingredients:

1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Davis baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup Blue Bonnet margarine, melted
20 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped

Directions:

In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and egg; stir into flour mixture with margarine until just blended. Gently stir in cookies. Spoon batter in to 12 grease 2-1/2-inch muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Serve warm or cold.
