Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/2 cups sliced carrots
1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 md. orange, diced or sectioned

Directions:

Bring salted water to boil. Add carrots; cover and cook until barely tender. Drain the liquid into measuring cup. Add orange juice. Add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid. Remove carrots from pan. In saucepan mix liquids with cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Add margarine, carrots, and oranges; heat through.

They were ok. Next time I would try adding brown sugar and I wasn't too fond of the oranges being in there. But the carrots were nice and sweet...
