Ingredients:

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp. milk
3-1/2 oz. french vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan until melted, add egg, coconut and crumbs Press into a 9-inch square pan. Beat 1/2 cup butter with pudding mix, milk, and sugar. Spread over crust and chill until firm. Melt chips with butter and spread on top, chill until set.
