Ingredients:

2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter-flavored Crisco
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup plus 1 tsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Nestle mini sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. In large mixer bowl, beat Crisco, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Beat in eggs. Add baking soda and salt. Add flour. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Drop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-11 minutes until golden brown.
