Ingredients:

2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 (3-1/2-inch) large muffin cups. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, and milk in small bowl until blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in mint chips. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 full. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pans.
