Ingredients:

3 oz. unsweetened Baker's chocolate
1/3 cup butter or margarine
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon
1-1/3 cups pecan halves

Directions:

In top of double boiler on in heavy saucepan over low heat melt chocolate and butter; set aside. In large bowl beat eggs to blend, then beat in sugar, corn syrup, chocolate mixture, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in pecans. Turn into greased 2-quart, 2-inch deep baking dish. Place in pan with 1/2-inch hot water. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 40 minutes or just until set. Remove from water; cool thoroughly on rack. Spoon into dessert dishes.
