Crust:
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
Filling:
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1-1/3 cups sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Melt butter and crumbs and press in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Use electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, chocolate chips, sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended. Beat at high speed till smooth. Add eggs oneat a time until well mixed; pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 500°F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250°F and continue baking 50 to 60 minutes. or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove and let cool 10 minutes.
Prepare topping and pour over cake; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool the cake on a wire rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate curls.
