Ingredients:

24 jalapeņo peppers, hollowed
Shrimp
Crab meat
Cornmeal

Directions:

Take a couple of dozen Jalapeņo peppers and hollow them out and save the tops. Drop peppers in boiling water for 5 sseconds. Stuff with finely chopped shrimp and lump crab meat. Bread in cornmeal and deep fat fry for 45 seconds to 1 minute with tops toothpicked on.
