Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Sunsweet Lighter Bake
2 tbsp. margarine, softened
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat together sugars, Lighter Bake, margarine, egg, water, and vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into Lighter Bake mixture. Stir in chocolate pieces. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Cool on racks.
