User Reviews:

the essence is relatively easy to aquire from a store. Though with melting bars you have to be careful not to burn the sugar.

Hi I don't have a comment but a question - a bit of a silly one. I need peppermint essence for this recipe but have none. I have candy canes left over from christmas. Is there anyway I can melt these to use them for the essence. Any info would be great. Thanks
