Ingredients:

2 eggs
1-1/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. instant coffee
1-3/4 cups Irish whiskey

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week before serving.

Store in frig. Liqueur may be served at room temp by removing from frig an hour or two before serving. Use within 6 months.
