1-1/4 to 1-3/4 cups Irish Whiskey or brand rye Whiskey, bourbon, scotch
1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup whipping cream or coffee cream
4 eggs *
2 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:

In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month. Stir before serving.
