Ingredients:

2 to 3 oz. milk chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup half and half or cream
Miniature marshmallows
1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

For each cup, in a double boiler combine ingredients. Stir together until completely melted and smooth. Then add the cream. Add the half-and-half or cream slowly, incorporating it gradually as it heats but do not boil. Serve over a handful of miniature marshmallows and garnish with a dash of nutmeg.

WOW sounds lovely, but if made with cream the calories would be over 1000 for each cup! 1/2 and 1/2 over 400 calories and that is not counting the fat!


It was to die for!!! really good before bed or late night movie watching, so good!!!!!
