1 pkg. Wilton dark chocolate candy melts
Peppermint oil

Directions:

In double boiler melt the candy melts. Add several drops of peppermint oil to the melted chocolate. Dip Ritz crackers, one at a time in chocolate/mint mixture. Place on waxed paper to dry.
