2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nut meats
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
|
Heat oven to 475°F. Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar, then add salt, chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Drop on foil; they do not raise or spread. Put in oven; turn off; do not open until the next morning.
