1 oz. baking chocolate
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar replacement
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup cake flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate with oil. Remove from heat and beat in sugar replacement, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended. Pour batter into well-greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares.
