Ingredients:

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 squares semisweet chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier

Icing:
2 squares semisweet chocolate
2 tbsp. light cream or 2% milk
1 tbsp. Grand Marnier
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup icing sugar

Directions:

Melt chocolate. Add sugar, eggs, and butter. Mix dry ingredients. Add to chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Place in greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350°F. Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier icing. Cool 1 hour.
