1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup roasted red pepper
1 tbsp. dried, crushed jalapenos or 1 fresh jalapeno
1/2 tsp. each cumin, garlic powder, and ancho chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg

Directions:

Mix ingredients until combined. Grill for about 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh sliced avocado, sliced red onion and a dollop of mayonnaise.
