1 lb. ground beef (sirloin)
Onion flakes
1/2 sleeve of saltine crackers
1 egg
Milk
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
|
◘ Defrost ground beef.
◘ sprinkle in some onion flakes.
◘ Crush a half of sleeve of saltine crackers. (Careful: don't crush into too small of pieces.)
◘ Mix crackers into the meat with onion flakes.
◘ In another small bowl add an egg with about 1/4 cup of milk.
◘ whip the egg and milk together.
◘ Add egg mixture into the meat.
◘ add about 1/2 - 3/4 more milk into meat mixture.
◘ Mix it all up together. (make sure that it looks moist.)
◘ Spray 8x8 in. pan with PAM.
◘ In a separate small bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar and worchestershire sauce together.
◘ Add sauce on top of the meat in the pan.
◘ bake on 350 degrees for 30-40 mins. (until meat is done all the way through.)
