Ingredients:

5 good sized white potatoes
Chopped celery
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
5 hard boiled eggs
Paprika

Directions:

Wash potatoes.

Boil potatoes with the skins on.(approx. 20 mins, until potatoes are soft.)

Drain water and rinse under cold water until they are completely cold.

Peel the skins off.

Cut potatoes into chunks.

Chop and add in celery and onion.

Boil eggs for 15 min.

Drain and rinse until completely cold.

Shell the eggs and cut into pieces.

Add in eggs, mayo, and mustard.

Mix well.

Sprinkle in and mix paprika until you have the desired amount. (taste and add other ingredients if desired.)

Let cool in frig.
