Ingredients:

3-1/2 cups Bread Flour (High Gluten)
1 cup scalded Milk and cooled
1/2 cup Butter. softened Divided into 2 and 6 Tablesoons
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Egg
2 tsp. Dry Active Yeast softened in 2 Tablespoons warm (105ºF)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

In Food Processer put
the flour
the sugar
the salt
2 T. butter
the soffened yeast
the vannila
the egg
process with cutter blade untill blended. slowly add the cooled milk (105ºf). when it comes to a ball, let rest for 5 minutes.
process untill dough looks very smooth.
don't let the dough over heat from kneading. it should only take 30 or 40 seconds if you have a strong processer.
don't try this recipe with a pos processer. 500 watts or more.
let rise untill doubled.
roll out to 12x18 inchs.
spread with 6 T. butter.
sprinkle with cinnamon
top with brown sugar.
roll up long side.
cut into 12 1½" pieces
put cut side down into greased 2" deep 10" round pan.
let rise untill doubled.
Bake 40-50 minutes at 350ºf or untill browned.
remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
turn over onto plate and remove pan.
let cool.

Not everyone has a bread machine.
Use your processor to it's full potential.Don't make with any processor less than 500 watts.
