Ingredients:

1 lb. ground chuck or ground sirloin 80% to 90% lean
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. blue cheese
Salad dressing [optional]

Directions:

Don't overmix when combining meat with other ingredients or you'll end up with dry, tough burgers.

my favorite dressing to add is Wish-Bone Blue Cheese with Gorgonzola [if you add salad dressing only put in 1 tbsp of sour cream.]
WARNING if you add too much sour cream & or dressing your burgers will fall apart!

grill on low to med heat till done : 3 to 5 min per side
