1 green or red pepper
1 big mushroom
1/2 onion
6 pieces of bacon
Hot jalapeno sauce

Directions:

Really simple: cut the pepper in 8 vertically. Do the same with the mushroom and the onion in an "julienne" like style. Pile up a piece of each, add a fair amount of hot sauce, and wrap it up in bacon. Do the same with remaining vegies. Broil in the oven for 5 to 10 min: done!
3 to 4 per person with a fresh beer makes a delicious barbecue appetizer. Enjoy!
