3 avocados
2 md. tomatoes
2 chipotle peppers
1 md. red onion
2 lemons
2 bulbs of roasted garlic
1 cup cilantro
1/2 tbsp. cumin
Salt and pepper

Directions:

It's very easy. Dice the avocado, tomato, and red onion. Put into a bowl. Chop the chipotle, cilantro and roasted garlic. Add to the bowl. Add the juice of two lemons with their zests and cumin to the bowl. Mix well and S/P to taste.
If you are going to refrigerate. Add the lemon juice at the end and don't mix until ready t serve. This will prevent browning. Enjoy!!
