Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 can Ro-Tel
3 cans whole kernel corn
4 cups water

Directions:

Heat cooking oil and add flour to make roux. cook until brown. Add onions and simmer until onions are wilted, Add Ro-Tel and simmer for about 10 minuters. Add wdter; simmer until close to boiling and add corn, , butter and shrimp. Cook on medium heat until shirmp are cooked, about 30-45 minutes.
