Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
3 cups sugar
1 pinch salt
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

combine butter, sugar,salt and evaporated milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir constantly and continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in chocolate chips until completely melted.Add marshmallow cream,vanilla and nuts.Stir until well mixed.Pour into a 9"x13"pan lined with parchment paper.(leave some paper over the edge of the pan to make it easy to lift out later) Cool at room temperature. Once cool lift fudge out of the pan and cut into 1" squares
