Ingredients:

1 bag of frozed broccoli florets
1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1-1/2 cans of cream of broccoli soup
2 8oz. packages of finely shredded cheese (recommend 1 sharp cheddar, and any 1 mild cheese)
2 deep dish pilsbury pie crusts (they usually come in packs of two)

Directions:

1. brown chicken in skillet-season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.)
2. shred chicken
3. mix chicken, broccoli, soup, and cheese in bowl
4. scoop into pie crust
5. peel second crust form metal pan and place on top of filled pie. press the sides of the crust firmly together with fork.
5. bake at 375 until brown (remember your just waiting for the broccoli to cook)
6. Allow to cool for 15 minutes so that it can thicken

This recipe seems to simple to be great, but that's the beauty! This recipe is perfect for busy families. You can prepare the pie the day before and pop it into the oven the next night!
